Not sparkly at all

The sweatshirt I received was just a print of Frosty, there was no sparkle to it at all. The advertised sweatshirt appeared to be very sparkly, and looked like it was covered in sequins or sparkly beads. What I received was a basic print of Frosty on a sweatshirt. I feel this was very misleading. The quality and fit of the sweatshirt was good, just not as advertised.
