Returns and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you LOVE your Vintage Leopard items but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Holiday Orders (Starting November 15th) have an extended exchange timeframe. Those items may be returned/exchanged through January 15th.
We Offer $5 Flat Rate Shipping on All Orders. (International orders do not apply)
Love it but need another color, size or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock. Please include the filled out Return Form (included with your order) along with a $7.00 Shipping Payment. Exchanges that cannot be fulfilled (due to changing inventory), will be issued store credit. Items that are returned without the $7.00 Shipping Payment, will be issued store credit.
Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. (Please see below on eligibility of returns and the process of returning). We no longer offer refunds - NO exceptions. Once a return is received and processed, an online code will be emailed to the email address used on the original order. This code can then be redeemed online for a future purchase. There is NO expiration on store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, please make sure that:
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
- When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape and shipping label placed on the actual shoe box. Shoes must be returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper.

Return Shipping charges:
Original shipping charges are not refunded or credited on a return. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from The Vintage Leopard. We highly recommend returning with tracking and/or insurance.
Defective or Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 business days.
Missing/Incorrect Item: If you have an item missing from your order or have received a wrong item, you must notify us within 3 business days.
Layaway Order Returns Layaway orders (that are cancelled or returned), will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: Once a package ships from our warehouse, it becomes the liability of the post office. The Vintage Leopard is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All packages are sent with a GPS tracking embedded in the barcode.
If an order states "delivered" but you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local post office. They can GPS the package and find it for you. If it shows "delivered" and they are unable to find the package, The Vintage Leopard is not responsible. The issue must be resolved with the United States Post Office or your local law enforcement.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase the additional Route Package insurance to cover all of your packages and orders. For just a few dollars, they will refund or replace any orders that are lost, stolen or damaged. The Route insurance is automatically added to your cart when checking out. If you choose to remove it, you are not covered.
